CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Immediate Opportunity - Seeking Full-time On-Site Customer Service Representative to Join Remline’ s Promotion’s team.

Remline is seeking a highly organized customer-focused individual to process sales orders. Individual will correspond between sales staff and suppliers. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team of sales associates while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include: processing purchase orders and ensuring delivery dates, trouble-shooting and problem solving. Individual must manage and maintain daily job schedule. Administrative duties as needed including warehouse and phone support.

Candidate must have good analytical and communications skills (both written and verbal), be detail oriented and extremely organized, conscious of deadlines, proficient in Excel and Word. Knowledge of Facilis @ease a plus. A Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred but not required. Previous industry experience not required. Main attributes are an attention to detail, positive attitude, and desire to succeed.
